Seeking Fashion

Today ended up being beautiful and what better to do than to visit an outdoor mall. My boyfriend and I spent the day soaking up the sun, shopping and eating. I love days like this! A couple of days ago I had purchased a pair or coral-colored shorts from Aeropostale. I wore them the other day and absolutely fell in love with them. I knew I had to go back and get the other colors (turqouise and lilac). So when we got to the mall I immediately went on a hunt for them. So happy they had my size in both colors and even better they were buy one, get one free…..Such a deal!

Here is an outfit I put together with the turqouise shorts. I had an orange top from forever21 that I haven’t been able to wear, I knew that it would be the perfect complement for these shorts – plus color blocking is a big trend this year. I will be posting more OOTD this week on how I style the coral and lilac. Please check back and have a great weekend!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!  Today I went out to brunch with my mom and family. I recently bought this purple parrot printed dress at Macys and thought this would be the perfect occasion to wear it. The print may not be for everyone, but the side cutouts are definitely a trend you will be seeing this spring and summer. The shoes I chose to wear with this outfit are from Charlotte Russe and are an amazing coral color. Here are the links to both. Enjoy!
